But we know where this man is from. When the Messiah comes, nobody will know where He is from.”
This statement is simply not Biblically accurate. The Old Testament prophecies do speak of where the Messiah will be born and where He will be from. It speaks of both Bethlehem and Galilee. The misinformation among folks who do not want to believe is profound. I believe we see this same practice among some around us today. Sometimes those who claim ‘to know so much’ simply cannot be trusted as they ultimately seek to delegitimize Jesus with untruths. The enemy works in subtle ways. When the pursuit of an agenda takes first precedence, veracity is naturally lost. The end justifies the means and truthfulness is a casualty. We must faithfully and sincerely study the Scriptures so that we may know what Father God wants us to know and not be swayed by those who claim to know but are either confused or deceived.
