Revelation 21:22-23
And I saw no temple in the city, for its temple is the Lord God the Almighty and the Lamb. And the city has no need of sun or moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and its lamp is the Lamb.
At last we will be bathed in the luminescent glory of God. At last He will physically be our light – THE Source of all light. It is difficult to imagine; yet, wonderful to contemplate. We will walk in the unhindered glory of The Lord. The intensity is a bit overwhelming to think about whenever one considers the luminescent power of the sun – the penetrating, pervasive glory of God without the burdensome heat of the sun.
Pure Light.
A light that will literally bring eternal day to Heaven.
It is beyond me.
