This is our salvation – the grace of Jesus Christ. This is our righteousness – the grace of Jesus Christ. There is no other way. He is the Way. We are saved solely by his work and His merit. Our faith in and the faith of Christ appropriates the grace of the Son of God to our lives and truly brings salvation. Anything else that is of us is simply legalistic, man-made effort and is sure to fail. God offered Himself in the person of Jesus Christ for our sin. Certainly, the mystery is great, yet, the result is amazing.
