For I tell you, unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
Jesus Christ is our righteousness. He exceeds all others. 1 Cor. 1:30. It is only through Him that all who are trusting and submitting will be able to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Thanks be to God our Father and His glorious Son, Jesus Christ, and His indwelling Holy Spirit for this gift of righteousness that exceeds all.
