Jesus said to her, “Didn’t I tell you that if you believed you would see the glory of God?”
The glory of God as displayed in the miraculous is only visible through eyes of faith. Anyone can doubt and miss God’s glory. All who have faith in Christ Jesus have the awesome privilege of witnessing the glory of God. We are privileged to see what many eyes never see. The skeptic is blinded. The believer has supernatural sight. Simply because someone does not see the glory of God does not mean that it was not displayed. Every single day His glory is displayed in the rising and setting sun. Every single night the heavens display the glory of God. Yet, how often do we miss this glory simply because we refuse to see it? Look up and see the glory of God. Look around and see it also in those He has created and the amazing work He does through His children. It is nothing short of astonishing. His creation in all aspects is glorious. As David Crowder so eloquently sings, “You make everything glorious.”
All things exist for the glory of God.
Habakkuk 2:14 – “For the earth will be filled
With the knowledge of the glory of the Lord,
As the waters cover the sea.”
Have faith and see the glory of God!
