For to God we are the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing.
It is almost unfathomable to think that I might in some way actually be the fragrance of Christ. Only He and Father God by the work of the Indwelling Spirit can work such a miracle. What a joy to be one who brings Christ’s wonderful fragrance into every situation! As Christ’s disciples, we bring the freshness and revitalizing fragrance of Christ to every situation into which God injects us. Much greater than any sensy pot or fragrant oil, we ARE the fragrance of Christ. We leave people better for having been around us. God forgive me when my own personal stink works against the awesome fragrance of my Lord Jesus.
May Your amazing aroma fill this world with Your glory through the presence of Your Spirit by the gift of Your Son. Amen.
